Booking Policy

These are the terms of the service agreement you sign once your date is confirmed. Read them before sending a booking request — the form asks you to agree to them.

Payment

Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total cost confirms the date and time of your booking. It can be sent by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App to 617.314.1544.
Final payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date. Accepted payment methods are Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or another approved method.
Cancellation
The booking may be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled at least 60 days before the wedding. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.
Changes
The final number of services must be confirmed at least 60 days before the wedding. Additional services are subject to availability, and removed services remain payable.

On the day

Timeline
The client agrees to provide the final schedule at least 30 days before the wedding. Everyone receiving services must be ready at their scheduled time.
Waiting time
If delays caused by the client or the bridal party require waiting longer than 30 consecutive minutes, a waiting fee of $50 per hour may apply.
Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide a clean, well-lit workspace with electrical access, and to disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment.
Parking & venue fees
The client is responsible for parking, valet, tolls, venue access fees or vendor permits required for the appointment.
Bridal trials
All bridal hair and makeup trials are conducted at the makeup artist's home studio by appointment only. If the client requests the trial at another location, additional travel fees may apply and are subject to the makeup artist's availability.

Health & safety

Health & safety
Services may be declined for contagious conditions such as pink eye or active cold sores, to protect all clients and maintain sanitation standards.
Allergies & skin conditions
The client is responsible for informing the makeup artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or previous reactions to cosmetic products before the appointment. The makeup artist is not liable for allergic reactions or skin irritation resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

Other terms

Photography
Unless declined in writing before the wedding, the artist may photograph completed hair and makeup for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for failure to perform due to emergencies or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather or natural disasters.
Liability
The artist is not responsible for delays or missed events caused by factors outside their reasonable control, and will perform all services using professional hygiene standards.
Your data
The details you send through the booking form are used only to answer your request and arrange the appointment. They are not sold or shared. The site also records which channel you arrived from, so I know whether a request came from Instagram, a search or a referral.
